3. Why information is used
Broadlink may use information to review locations; design and deliver services; process orders and billing; authenticate users; provide support; maintain and secure services; prevent fraud and abuse; communicate about installation, maintenance, incidents, and account matters; improve operations; meet legal and regulatory obligations; and market Broadlink offerings as permitted by law and customer choices.
4. Customer Proprietary Network Information
CPNI can include the types, destinations, technical configuration, location, amount of use, and billing information associated with telecommunications services. It does not include a customer’s name, address, or telephone number standing alone.
Broadlink may use CPNI without additional approval when permitted to provide, bill, repair, protect, or support the service; prevent fraud; comply with law; or market services within a category to which the customer already subscribes. When law requires customer approval for another use or disclosure, Broadlink will request the appropriate choice and maintain it until changed. Customers may restrict certain uses of CPNI without affecting the underlying services they already receive.
Broadlink may authenticate a customer before discussing or releasing protected account information. Customers should keep authorized-contact and security information current and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
5. When information may be shared
Broadlink may share information with network, installation, equipment, software, cloud, payment, support, security, professional, and other service providers that need it to perform work for Broadlink or the customer. Broadlink may also share information:
- with customer-authorized administrators and contacts;
- to complete number ports, service activations, repairs, installations, and interconnection activities;
- to protect customers, services, networks, rights, safety, and property;
- in response to valid legal process or regulatory requirements;
- with advisers, auditors, insurers, or financing sources under appropriate duties; or
- as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections.
Broadlink does not currently sell personal information for money or use cross-context behavioral advertising on this website. If those practices change, Broadlink will update this notice and provide required choices.
6. Cookies and tracking choices
Necessary cookies support core website and account functions. Optional functional, analytics, and marketing categories remain off unless selected in the Broadlink cookie preference center. Visitors can reopen that center at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the site footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.
7. Retention and security
Broadlink retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, customer relationships, billing and tax records, dispute resolution, fraud and security, legal obligations, and legitimate operational needs. Retention periods vary by record and service.
Broadlink uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers also play a role by protecting credentials, devices, networks, and authorized-user lists.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your relationship and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information; opt out of certain marketing; change cookie choices; or limit certain CPNI uses. Rights are subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. An authorized business representative may make account requests for the business customer.

9. Children and external services
Broadlink’s website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy practices; review those notices before providing information directly to them.
