Accessible experiences
Broadlink wants customers, visitors, and users with disabilities to be able to explore services, obtain information, manage preferences, and request support.
Our approach
Broadlink uses accessible structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and compatibility-minded content as design targets. Broadlink aims to use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference for the public website, while recognizing that accessibility is ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.
Third-party services
Some account, communications, payment, mapping, document, or embedded services may be operated by third parties and have their own accessibility capabilities. Broadlink will work to select and configure services responsibly but does not control every third-party interface.
Communications services
Customers should identify accessibility requirements during service design so Broadlink can evaluate compatible equipment, software, relay-service access, calling features, accessible documentation, and support needs. Availability depends on the selected service and confirmed design.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, contact Broadlink Support. Please identify the page, feature, document, device, or service involved; the assistive technology or browser used when relevant; and the format or assistance requested. Broadlink will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide an alternative.

Ongoing review
Broadlink will review material public-site changes, preference controls, forms, and core customer journeys as the prototype moves toward commercial launch. Feedback helps prioritize improvements.
