Website policy
These Terms of Use govern access to broadlinkconnect.com and Broadlink’s public online content. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
1. Information, proposals, and availability
The website is provided for general business information and service exploration. Website content, estimates, examples, coverage descriptions, and availability tools are not binding offers. Service remains subject to an address and technical review, credit or identity checks when applicable, a final written proposal, and Broadlink’s acceptance of a Service Order.
Broadlink may correct errors, revise content, or change planned offerings without notice. A service description does not promise that a particular speed, technology, feature, price, or installation interval is available at every location.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation, account access, support, and communications with Broadlink. You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or bypass site security;
- submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading information;
- use automated collection tools in a manner that burdens the site or violates applicable law;
- impersonate another person or organization; or
- copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
3. Broadlink content and trademarks
The website’s text, graphics, design, software, logos, service names, and other content are owned by Broadlink or used with permission. Broadlink grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. No trademark or other intellectual-property license is granted by implication.
4. Third-party platforms and links
The site may link to third-party websites or describe third-party software and cloud platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration description does not mean Broadlink controls or guarantees a third-party platform.
5. Account security
If you receive account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying Broadlink promptly of suspected misuse. My Broadlink access may be provided through a separate secure application and may carry additional terms.
6. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Broadlink does not warrant uninterrupted website access or that every item of public content is complete, current, or error-free. Broadlink is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website content instead of an accepted written service proposal or signed agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customer-specific warranties, service credits, and liability terms are stated in the applicable signed service documents.
7. Changes and enforcement
Broadlink may update these terms as the website and services evolve. Continued use after an update means the updated website terms apply to later use. Broadlink may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, customers, or systems.
8. Contact
Questions may be submitted through Broadlink Support or mailed to Broadlink, 3030 N Rocky Point Drive W, Tampa, Florida 33607.
